Aircraft Oxygen Changing Cart
Part Number: 33008-100 (Standard 4-Bottle Oxygen Service Cart)

Part Number: 33008-100 (Standard 4-Bottle Oxygen Service Cart)
Long Description:
The Aircraft Oxygen Changing Cart is a rugged, mobile ground support unit engineered to safely transport and deliver gaseous oxygen for aircraft maintenance and servicing operations. Designed by Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII), this unit is vital for replenishing onboard oxygen systems used by flight crew and passengers during high-altitude operations and emergencies.
Built for both military and commercial aviation sectors, the cart holds up to four high-pressure oxygen cylinders, secured in reinforced brackets within a steel frame. Each cart is equipped with a pressure regulator system, high-pressure servicing hoses, shutoff valves, and relief devices to allow for safe, precise filling of onboard oxygen systems.
The cart is available in low-pressure (0–400 PSI) and high-pressure (up to 3000 PSI) configurations depending on the aircraft model and oxygen system requirements. It includes an oxygen-compatible plumbing system—assembled using cleaned-for-oxygen-use stainless steel lines, oxygen-rated seals, and non-oil-based materials to prevent combustion hazards.
For enhanced operator safety, the unit is fitted with pressure relief valves, bleed-off valves, and quick-release hose couplings, as well as static grounding points. The control panel enables monitoring and manual control of the output pressure with analog gauges certified for oxygen use. The towable design, with heavy-duty wheels and a tow bar, ensures quick maneuverability across hangars and airport aprons.
This cart is widely used in MRO facilities, flight lines, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) response teams to ensure oxygen systems are filled safely, effectively, and in compliance with aviation safety regulations.
Applications:
Crew & Cabin Oxygen System Refill – Charges high-pressure oxygen systems onboard aircraft
Flight Line Maintenance – Quick, portable oxygen support for aircraft on ramp or hangar
Emergency Servicing (AOG) – Deployed when in-flight oxygen system use requires refilling
Scheduled Maintenance – Part of regular ground support operations for oxygen safety checks
