The High Purity Self Generating Nitrogen System Cart (HP-SGNSC) is a state-of-the-art mobile unit engineered to deliver high-purity nitrogen on demand for a wide range of aviation, defense, and industrial applications. Developed with field versatility and operational autonomy in mind, this self-contained cart generates, compresses, and delivers nitrogen without the need for external bottled gas or liquid nitrogen refills.
This system is capable of producing nitrogen with a purity of 99.5% or higher, making it ideal for sensitive applications such as servicing aircraft tires, oleo struts, accumulators, and inerting fuel systems. It eliminates logistical challenges commonly associated with cylinder transportation, storage, and refilling, enhancing safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
The HP-SGNSC includes oil-free air compressors, an integrated membrane separation system, and dual-stage filtration. Its booster system delivers nitrogen at pressures up to 5,000 PSI, while a low-pressure output provides up to 400 PSI for more delicate servicing tasks. A typical unit produces 30 SCFM of nitrogen and can fill onboard storage bottles to 5,000 PSI in less than 45 minutes.
The system is PLC-controlled, offering automated operation with minimal human input. The touchscreen HMI interface displays diagnostics, purity levels, pressure, flow rates, and includes fault logging for maintenance. All components are built to endure demanding field environments, including extreme temperatures and high humidity.
Constructed with a rugged, towable frame, the nitrogen cart is designed for mobility across flight lines, hangars, and remote airfields. A diesel-driven version (130009-100) is available for operations without electrical infrastructure, while the electric version (130010-100) suits fixed-site operations with available 50/60 Hz power.
This cart is used across commercial aviation, military flight operations, UAV ground servicing, and industries requiring continuous access to clean, dry, inert nitrogen. Its independence from external supplies makes it an essential system for high-readiness environments.
